Time for a break! One minute is all it takes to clear your mind. Try this simple breathing exercise with dōTERRA Air™.

2. Find a quiet spot, sit comfortably, close your eyes and relax.
3. Focus on an intention: gratitude, patience, self-love or a tangible goal you're working towards.
